- left normal: lung fields black
- right: puffy white stuff, enlarged heart
- fluid filling space between alveoli and bronchi
- blunting of costophrenic angle
- black arrow: lung
- RUL infiltrate
- diffused white but not fluffy white
- spaces between white: honeycombing
- sarcoidosis, primary TB, squamous cell lung cancer, asbestosis
- also looks like pulmonary HTN
