• screen for these conditions:
  • Asthma, COPD
  • GERD
  • connective tissue disease
  • HIV/AIDS
  • Primary ciliary dyskinesia
  • IBD
  • family hx of immune deficiencies

Labs

• All: CBC, PFT, CT, sputum, AFB
• sputum: regular and AFB
• immunoglobulins: IgG, IgA, IgM
• specifically polysaccharides antibody levels
• ABPA workup
• Sweat chloride
• Ciliary testing: nasal nitric oxide, cilia biopsy
• A1AT
• GERD: pH monitor, barium swallow, EGD ¹²
