differentiating between VT and SVT with aberrancy

- wide, regular, monomorphic

- SVT with aberrancy: conducted with bundle branch block

- More Vs than As, QRS very wide

- VT and then all of a sudden narrowed QRS
- sinus node still firing beats. One of the beats perfectly timed with VT
- Can only see with VT

- fusion beat with very hard to see p wave
- QRS much faster

- ventricle seeing afib coming down at a nice rate, then you get few faster conductions from atrium. One of the sides of ventricle is not ready = bundle branch block.
- Classic long and then short conduction. Short = early conduction beats that becomes wide
