eradication of bacteria colonization in bronchiectasis

Eradication therapy with 2 weeks IV ceftazidime/tobramycin followed by nebulized tobramycin for 3 months for new pseudomonas infections.1
Essentially give 2 weeks of PO or IV abx first, then followed by inhaled tobramycin on/off until eradication at follow up.
