Arthus

  • don't circulate
  • form in tissue locally and cause disease

  • inject first time, no reaction. Third or fourth time, arthus
  • first 3 times, antibody formation. 4th time: reaction

  • booster vaccine: antigen into someone previously exposed to vaccine
  • diabetes repeatedly inject insulin
