  • ASPEN: Brensotinib reduces bronchiectasis exacerabation1

ILD

  • Scleroderma Lung Study I: cyclophosphamide compared with placebo was associated with a modest improvement in FVC
  • Scleroderma Lung Study II: mycophenolate (cellcept) works as well as cyclophosphamide (cytoxan) in scleroderma-ILD 2
  • SENSCIS: nintedanib slowed the decline in FVC as compared with placebo over 12 months, with half the patients in each arm on background mycophenolate mofetil therapy 3
