- RA pressure: CVP tracing
- RV pressure: rapid increase in systole with slow rise in diastole (differentiate from PA tracing)
- pulmonary artery: diastolic pressure step up.
- dicrotic notch appears related to PV pressure
- wedge: similar to CVP with a wave and c wave
- read CVP and PCWP at end expiration

pulmonary hypertension pre and post capillary pressures
- Pulmonary hypertension is defined as mean pulmonary artery pressure greater than 20 mmHg on right heart cath, with normal around 14 ± 3 mmHg, making 20 mmHg greater than 2 standard deviation above mean (normal right heart catheterization pressures).
