steroids in septic shock

- 1st: hydro + fludro improved mortality
- 2nd: hydro by itself did not improve mortality
- 3rd: maybe steroids before shock. Did not work
- mechanically ventilated with shock: no difference
- mineralocorticoids dosing is smaller however do show positive mortality
