• Aspen trial shows brensocatib can be used to improve non CF bronchiectasis

Dosing

• 10 mg, take 1 tablet once daily
• 25 mg, take 1 tablet once daily
• take anytime with or without food. Do not double dose if missed dose

Side Effects

• gingival and peridontal reactions
• Elevated ALT, AST, ALP
