Warfarin

• Use Vitamin K, FFP or PCC. PCC is preferred.
• Follow INR every 3-6 hours until adequate reversal
• Check PT/INR

Fresh frozen plasma is a treatment for the vitamin K inhibitor warfarin (choice C is incorrect).
