anticoagulate new onset afib patients after conversion to sinus rhythm for 4 weeks

For patients who have afib and converted from afib to normal sinus rhythm either spontaneously or with cardioversion, they should be anticoagulated for 4 weeks, even in patients with low CHADS2VASC score. Reasoning is both high likelinood of Afib return and myocardial stunning after reversion to sinus rhythm.
This does not work for ICU patients
