STEMI criteria

  • ST elevation > 1mm in 2 or more contiguous leads
    • J point elevation for 2 mm in V2 or V3
    • 2.5 mm in men less than 40
    • 1.5 mm in all women
  • OR new LBBB (bundle branch block EKG findings)
