DRESS syndrome causes

Drug hypersensitivity syndrome (DHS) and drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) are synonymous and represent another severe life-threatening medication reaction. The most common culprit medications include sulfonamide antibiotics, allopurinol, and anticonvulsants, but many more medications have been implicated (Table 30).12345

- very similar to SJS causes (steven johnson syndrome causes include seizure medications)
