Symptoms
- wax and waning chest infiltrates

- cough with brown mucous plugs

Diagnosis
Treatment
- treatment usually includes 0.75 mg/kg of prednisone, tapered every 6 weeks, and treated for 6-12 months.
- Antifungals can be considered
